Evolution Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s Adult BJJ program incorporates expert instruction in traditional and the newest techniques, live sparring, competition training and open mat training. We are a tight-knit group of like-minded people who have a lot of fun and laughs.

A typical class will last 1.5 hours and will include a 20-minute warm up, 40 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of live sparring. The instruction comes from high-level instructors, who teach various submissions, takedowns, sweeps, defense and escapes. During the sparring period, a student should aim to practice and execute the techniques learned during that class as well as previous classes.
